This log cabin (3 bedrooms, 2 baths) will get your attention as soon as you open the door. Antique logs from a Kentucky cabin, built circa 1840, were discovered and transported to Boone for the construction of this particular cabin. It has all the charm of an older cabin yet modern updates for your comfort.
Located seven miles south/east of Boone ( just off old Hwy 421), Adam's Wildcat has a spectacular 180 degree view of the mountain ridge line presenting fabuloussunsets in the evenings.
Sit on the covered back deck, enjoy the view, sip a glass of wine, cookout on the grill, dine and relax.
This cabin has 2 primary suites, each with a king bed and each with its own bath and a two person Jacuzzi, walk-in shower and lavatory. A third common arrea downstairs has a full size bed and a full size futon.
The living room has a wood burning fireplace and the upstairs bedroom has a gas log fireplace. Decorated with leather furnishings, Amish made furniture and locally made log furniture, this cabin also features a TV with a surround sound home theater system in the living room and a TV in each bedroom; a fully furnished kitchen, with dishwasher and microwave; a washer and dryer and air-conditioning. The floors in the home are some of the most beautiful wooden floors you will ever see. JUST ADDED a covered BURN PIT. Remove cover and enjoy nice fire outside, roast hot dogs , make s'mores etc.
This cabin will comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. $15 per person for parties over 6. Standard rate is $265.00 per night. See holiday rates in rate info section
